News – Changes to Penalties for Drink & Drug Driving
Offences

On the 1 October 2011 changes to the Laws relating to the Penalties for Drink and Drug Driving Offences in Western Australia. The amendments include a range of increases in fines and disqualification periods for drink and drug driving offenses for all drivers in Western Australia.
